The Tehama County Board of Education, in conjunction with the County Superintendent, provides leadership, service, and support to the 13 local districts and all students in Tehama County.

From among its members, the Board elects a president and vice president at its June Organizational Meeting. The Tehama County Superintendent of Schools serves as the Board Secretary.
The Tehama County Board of Education meets monthly at 4:00 p.m. at the Tehama County Department of Education, 1135 Lincoln Street, Red Bluff, California, in the Board Room. (See calendar of meetings)
