Brightwheel update

Make sure you have access to your Brightwheel account!  Once you click on the link to register for your child's school site, you will be prompted to create a Brightwheel account, if you do not already have one. 
  • Please note, Brightwheel will require 2-factor authentication (checking email or text message to enter a verification code). 
  • When registering an additional child, DO NOT SIMPLY CLICK "ADD A CHILD"; furthermore, 10-digit codes are not available at this time.  To register a sibling, you need to return to this website page and reclick the school registration website link! You don't need to log out of your brightweel account, simply press the "x" button and reclick the website link to add another child.

Registration Information

Brightwheel:

To register for SERRF, beginning with 2025 Summer SERRF, you will be required to create a Brightwheel account.  This is part of the registration process and will require 2-factor authtication (checking email or text messages to enter a verification code).  At this time, SERRF is not using 10-digit codes.  If you need to register a sibling, simply come back to this TCDE page and click the school link again!

Who Can Attend:

Program enrollment is open to all students in the school. However, should enrollment exceed the program capacity, a waiting list will be developed. You can find a current list of school sites here.

Enrollment Status:

You will be notified of your child(ren)'s enrollment status on August 1st.
Families with past due balances will automatically have their student(s) placed on the waitlist until fees are paid in full. 

Program Fees:

Visit our SERRF Payments page to see program fees. Fees vary by site. 

Program Hours:

SERRF site programs operate each day after school until 6:00 p.m., including minimum school days.
