Presently 13 school districts in Tehama County, representing 35 schools along with the County School Superintendent, operate a service to assist with the administration of State and Federal categorical funds.

WHAT ARE THE SERVICES?Top of Page
- Consolidated Application and Reporting System (CARS) submission of winter and spring reports.
- Assist and monitor plans for Districts/School required by the Department of Education (SPSA, ESSA, Safety, etc.)
- Conduct Business Meetings at the County Office
- School Site Council (SSC) training workshops
- Administrator trainings on Categorical Programs
- Assist Districts using the California Accounting and Improvement System (CAIS)
- Representation at Schoolwide Support, CO-OP Director's meetings, and CDE monthly briefings
- Oversee the Title III Consortium for LEP Funding
- "Staying on Track" information publication and quick response to member's questions and concerns
