NDAFW

Mark your calendars for this year's National Drug & Alcohol Facts Week (NDAFW), a health observance that links teens to scientists and experts to help SHATTER THE MYTHS about drugs and drug use.  This year's event will take place March 30 - April 5, 2020.
Schools and community members are encouraged to participate in local events, which will include a variety of school-based activities, documentary screenings, and a family game night.  Teens and adults are also encouraged to take the online National Drug & Alcohol IQ Challenge, a short multiple-choice quiz to test your knowledge of drug facts.

Truth About Drugs

Red Ribbon Week

Celebrated annually, the Red Ribbon Campaign is the nation's oldest and largest drug prevention campaign.  During the 8-day event, millions of people across the country unite and take a visible stand for healthy, drug-free lifestyles by wearing and displaying red ribbons and by participating in anti-drug activities.

The 2019 National Red Ribbon Week theme is: Send a Message. Stay Drug Free.™ The theme is a call to action to speak out in support of healthy choices. The theme is also a reminder that by staying drug free, you are sending a message to yourself and others about how much you value yourself, your overall health, your community and your future.
Red Ribbon week is intended to be fun AND effective.
