The Human Resource Services staff is available to assist in the development and implementation of practices to support students, schools, districts and community. Our mission is to provide accessible, accurate and timely services to TCDE employees and school districts. Services range from recruitment and selection, employee orientation and employment data information, credential services, employee benefits, worker’s compensation, leaves, and substitute clearances to negotiations and support to our employee exclusive representative groups. Specialized services including superintendent search processes are available upon request.
