The Tehama County Drug-Free Community Coalition (DFCC) is a group of concerned residents whose mission is to reduce and prevent substance abuse among youth in Tehama County.  The group represents a cross-section of the community with members from 12 different sectors, including parents, students, law enforcement, educators, business, government and religious and civic organizations.

The DFCC works in partnership with the Tehama Prevention Partnership (formerly Tehama County Strategic Prevention Framework). The coalition is supported by The White House Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
