Enrollment Forms

Registration for 2013/2014 opens on Monday, 20, 2013 at 8:00 AM at all school sites. 2013/2014 Registration packets will be available on-line, at all schools and TCDE in Red Bluff on Monday, May 20th, 2013. Additional information will be sent home through the schools to all students by early May.
Once sites reach maximum enrollment students will be placed on a waiting list, register early as some sites fill up quickly.
On Monday, May 20th you may register at TCDE in Red Bluff or at the West Street multi-purpose room
beginning at 8:00 AM.

All students who wish to attend SERRF must register for the 13/14 school year even currently enrolled SERRF students. Enrollment is filled on a first come first serve basis.

Who Can Attend?

Program enrollment is open to all students in the school. However, should enrollment exceed the program capacity, a waiting list will be developed. You can find a current list of school sites here.

Program Hours

SERRF site programs operate each day after school until 6:00 p.m., including minimum school days.

 

For Antelope, Bidwell, Gerber, Jackson Heights, Lassen View, Los Molinos, Metteer, Olive View, Reeds Creek, Richfield, West Street and Woodson Schools use the following forms:
