The TCDE Early Childhood Education program provides leadership and assistance to ensure quality programs for children ages 0 to 5 years. The goal for these programs is to give young children the tools they need to enter school with a foundation of knowledge and skills that will allow them to be successful throughout their school experience.

Our preschool programs enroll students from the Centralized Eligibility List (CEL) which is held by Child Care Referral & Education, 645 Antelope Blvd., Red Bluff, CA.
